San Diego, California-based developer OliverMcMillan announced more boutiques, and another restaurant has signed on to the River Oaks District mixed-use development.
The new restaurant is Steak 44, an upscale contemporary American steakhouse based in Phoenix.
The new boutiques are:
Stella McCartney: women’s ready-to-wear fashion, accessories, eyewear, fragrance and kids’ fashion designer
Van Cleef & Arpels: French jewelry, watch and perfume company
Vince: contemporary women’s, men’s and kids’ clothing line
Vilebrequin: luxury French brand specializing in swimwear and ready-to-wear men’s and women’s fashion
Alice + Olivia: women’s ready-to-wear fashion, gowns, shoes, tech accessories and handbags
Planet Blue: bohemian- and vintage-inspired fashion boutique
St. Nicola: international luxury line of men’s and women’s footwear and handbags
Davidoff of Geneva since 1911: Swiss luxury tobacco goods manufacturer
River Oaks District, which is expected to open this fall, will include 252,000 square feet of high-end shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Previously announced retail tenants include Akris, Anne Fontaine, Bonobos, Brunello Cucinelli, Canali, Cartier, Chopard, De Boulle Diamond & Jewelry, Dior, diptyque, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Giuseppe Zanotti, Hermès, Intermix, John Lobb, Kiton, L’Occitane, Moncler, Roberto Cavalli and Tom Ford.
Previously announced restaurants include American Food and Beverage (upscale American), Le Colonial (French-Vietnamese), Taverna (Italian), Thirteen Pies (artisan pizza and pasta) and Toulouse Cafe and Bar (French-Belgian).
There will also be an Equinox, a New York-based luxury fitness club, and an eight-screen luxury movie theater from Florida-based iPic-Gold Class Entertainment LLC.
The mixed-use development will also include 92,000 square feet of office space, two multifamily buildings and other features. -Olivia Pulsinelli
