The Woodlands is launching its own take on Houston's popular restaurant weeks program this fall.
So far, 15 restaurants are slated to participate in the event, running Nov. 2–8, according to The Woodlands Restaurant Week website.
This is the first year for the event, according to The Woodlands Monocle. Participating restaurants will have the option to donate between $1 to $3 for each entree sold during the week. Every day during the week, participating restaurants will also serve a new entree or menu favorite at a discounted price, according to the Monocle.
Proceeds from the restaurants will go to the Montgomery County Food Bank.
